While my mom has been a patient at ACMC, Janet has gone above and beyond taking care of her. Janet has always made herself available to me when I call to check on Mom. She is very compassionate to Mom, making sure that she checks on her often. She makes sure that Mom is comfortable and not in pain. Janet takes extra time to talk to Mom and let her know that she will be there for her. When we come to visit, Janet is always available to explain everything to us that is happening. She has made numerous calls to Mom's doctor for us when we have questions. She has never made us feel like a burden, even though she is very busy. She makes us feel like family, not just visitors. Janet is there for us through our tears and joys. All health care facilities should have a nurse like Janet. Patients and families would thrive more, and their stays would be more comfortable, ensuring that they heal quicker.
