When speaking about Janet, it is difficult to just pick out one situation as she is a true example of service excellence going above and beyond for all her patients, however, the situation that stands out most is the patient that transitioned from PD to HHD was unable to return to PD. The patient was unable to perform HHD by themself and after about 4 weeks of training, the care partner failed to follow through with her care. The patient worked and needed a specific shift that in center facilities were having difficulty accommodating due to COVID. Janet continued to assist the patient by going to her home and assisting her with her treatments until a chair and time were available so she could continue to work and receive her care.
