My sister in law had a mitral valve repair. Janet White in the Coronary ICU was her nurse when she came out of surgery. When I and other family members went in to see my sister in law, Janet gave us a very informed and detailed report of how she did through the surgery, her current state and what and when to expect in the next 4-5 days as she recovered.
While Janet was very professional and knowledgeable, she was extremely kind and caring and answered any questions we had. She was very patient, and her goal was to keep my sister in law as comfortable as possible as she recovered from the surgery.
My husband has been in the hospital several times with heart and CAD issues so I have met many nurses through the years and had several discussions. Janet was kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable.
