Ja'nice Barrs, RN, BSN

Ja’nice Barrs has been in the manager position for about a year and has brought great structure. She provides stability and strength to the OR department. She has also brought forward great accountability. Paired with administrative support, Ja’nice has really turned the culture of the department around in a positive direction. Her military background has proven instrumental in developing the structure that this department needed. Also, now faced with another change in periop leadership, Ja’nice has really stepped up and devoted herself to continuing the progress that was made under the previous director’s leadership. She has been extremely supportive of me in my new role as well.
