Janice has exceptional people skills. She completely knows how to put people at ease. She knows that the patient is anxious, tense and in an unknown environment. Janice completely puts the individual at ease - a calming effect - almost surreal and heavenly.
Although I am a healthcare professional personal situations are different. Janice explained to me scientifically what she was doing and why.
She stopped by during the pre-op with a BIG SMILE - explained the details and gave us the confidence - bottom line. I felt this was a miracle and God sent us an ANGEL.
