Janice was nominated by a colleague who wrote that “the relationships Janice builds with patients and families are phenomenal.” Her colleague also noted the grace and compassion with which she speaks to the families of patients and noted that she “has a special touch for patients on end-of-life care.” Her colleague finished by noting, “I admire her determination to always try to provide customer satisfaction to all patients.”
