Janice F Pagdilao, RN
Janice is a diligent nurse. We got to know her on the fourth day of my wife’s stay in Tawam Hospital. Her kindness with us made us deeply aware of her dedication to looking after her patients and bringing joy to their hearts. Janice has always been advising my wife and persuading her of the treatment options available. She shared with us her personal experiences with some of the treatments which motivated my wife to get better soonest.
We also noticed her knowledge of the Arabic language, and her confidence in talking to us in the Emirati dialect. Such behavior from Janice reflects her humility and the desire for cultural harmony that we, the families of the patients in the hospital, need.
Janice would always enter my wife’s room smiling and leave with a smile as well. Her smile to my wife gives a spirit of hope and tranquility in the hospital environment, which has become a second home for us. She is indeed a role model for her colleagues.
