Janice is known as the Wound Care Ostomy Expert and is certified in that specialty. Physicians recognize her expertise and instead of writing orders for a wound care consultation, they often write ‘Janice Graham to consult”. What began as a one woman department has expanded to include two additional nurses. A memorable story about Janice is when an elderly lady came to see Janice and the patient told a bystander, “My Angel is coming”. Your angel ? the person said and the patient nodded, “Janice--- she’s always here when I need her”.
