...One of the things that separates Jae from the rest of her peers is her natural ability to make her patients feel special with her outstanding personality and her ability to communicate. Jae is always on task, extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain and answer questions. As we watched her do her work as a nurse we were so impressed, witnessing that she accomplished the work of two nurses and always kept that wonderful personality.

Jae is a role model for the nursing profession, she shows compassion towards patients and families and exemplifies the mission of Kaiser Permanente Woodland Hills.
