Janice, I want to thank you on behalf of my family for the compassionate and loving care you have given to my mom over the last couple of days. This hospital and the families that come through here are very lucky to have you. I cannot thank you enough for sitting with my mom and holding her hand until we were able to arrive. I know it meant a lot to her and to us too. I really feel like we were supposed to meet you and I am so glad we got the chance. You are such an incredible lady and a fabulous nurse. A person who is extraordinary is someone who exceeds expected standards. Janice made sure to get us recliners, since we'd been sleeping on the regular chairs. She brought me fresh coffee in the morning, knowing I'd had a long night. Her awareness to our family dynamics lowered my anxiety so I could focus on my mom! She has the extraordinary ability to extend her treatment plan to INCLUDE everyone! I was so happy and comforted having her walk into my mom's room for her second day being on shift. She kept everyone calm, my mom well cared for, and our family touched by her extraordinary skills Thank You!
