The staff on 8HV is excellent. They are all kind, efficient, and friendly. They act and treat each other like family. When I ask them about their teamwork, they say their manager, Janice Laurore, built this team.
I received excellent care during an emergency and the 8HV staff came to visit me and my mother on the unit. When it was time to go to a floor, I asked to go back to 8HV. The staff of 8HV became my family. Because of Janice's leadership, I had the best care and experience possible. Her staff is always happy, and she is a great manager and leader as well as a nice person. If I have to ever come back to the hospital, I will request 8 HV.
