My husband had cataract surgery recently. As he has aged, he’s had difficulty hearing and sometimes understanding. Jan recognized this immediately. She was very professional, caring, and understanding while dealing with my husband. She made my husband and I feel very comfortable while at CRMC. The following week Jan called to check on him and reassured me if any problems arose to contact the doctor or Surgery Department. She was very professional and confident.
