I was very nauseated and in a lot of pain after my surgery. The unit was very busy that day and Janice's bedside manner was so very kind, calm, and reassuring. As a nurse myself, I was impressed by the wonderful care she provided. She never treated me like a fellow nurse. I was simply a patient that day and I will never forget how Janice made me feel. I wanted to find a way to say thank you!
