Jan is great. She was very nice, respectful, caring, and during my stay, I did not want for anything. As a newly diagnosed diabetic at a young age, she knew that I was scared, and checked on me every hour on the hour. Jan took the time to educate me on how to use my insulin and explained to me very well how the shots and medication work in my body. She also took the time out of her day to explain what foods I should and should not eat. Jan took extra time with me and kept a smile on my face.
