Janice is kind, caring, confident, intelligent, happy, fun, trustworthy, and serious (when needed.) Janice is a great advocate for patients and their families. Janice went above and beyond effortlessly for our mom. Janice's confidence allowed us to relax and let her take care of Mom's needs. We trusted her completely. Janice cared as much as we did about Mom being respected in her time of need. We spent two weeks in the hospital and Janice, along with her team, took great care of Mom and our family. The day that Mom was being discharged to go home with hospice just happened to be Janice's day off. To our surprise, she showed up and spent time with our mom and dad. Janice could tell when we needed help understanding what was going on with Mom's care, and she took the time to sit down with us and answer our questions and take our concerns to the doctor. We could write a chapter about our time in the hospital. Janice and her group were compassionate and worked great together. We cannot thank her and the group enough.
