Janice was my nurse when I delivered my first child. She was my nurse for 2 nights and she was amazing! She made me feel right at home and made me comfortable and walked me through the induction process. On the second night she had the option to have the night off and chose to come in to take care of me! Amid periods of fetal distress, my epidural not working and a code pink being called, Janice remained calm and composed. She acted swiftly to ensure everything went smoothly. She made this whole experience incredible for me and my family. She did all this under the constant eye of 4 Registered Nurses. Me, my mother, my sister and my best friend! Caring for nurses can be extremely stressful within itself, but she did a wonderful job! We all agree that Janice is a true Rockstar of the nursing profession and is most deserving of a DAISY Award! You are lucky to have her as part of your staff!
