I was admitted to ICU then transferred to the 6th floor where Janice was my knowledgable nurse. She didn't and doesn't realize that I am a retired nurse so no special accommodations were extended, just excellent care in all areas. After 3 days I finally remembered that I had an item on layaway for my granddaughter that would be restocked, which disturbed me a great deal.
Janice got on the phone, called the store, identified herself, explained the situation with my approval. Then the store agreed to get the item back and hold it until I can get there! Without even making a payment first! Thank you for employing an amazing nurse!
