Janie offers the same compassion to all regardless of the fact that the patient was unkempt due to homelessness. She made the patient feel accepted, helped with and gathered/donated clothing, promoted healing of the whole patient. She came in on herday off to gather the patient's clothing took them to the laundromat and returned clean and folded fresh clothing.
