RN Janie was outstanding during my hospital stay. What stood out most to me was her attention to detail and proactive approach to patient care.

Throughout the entire day shift, I did not have to press my call button once. Janie consistently anticipated my needs and even identified ways to make me more comfortable without being asked. After noticing swelling in my recently surgically repaired knee and ankle/foot due to the DVT, she volunteered to rewrap my Ace bandage to help reduce discomfort. That level of attentiveness truly made a difference.

Water was brought without me having to ask, medications and IV care were handled promptly, and everything that was done was thoroughly explained so I could fully understand what was happening. Taking the time to explain each step helped ease my nerves and significantly reduced my anxiety during a stressful situation.

Her teamwork with the PCA, professionalism, and genuine care did not go unnoticed. I am incredibly grateful for the quality of care they provided and the comfort she brought during my stay.
