Janine made me so comfortable, even when I was in pain. She was caring and gentle with genuine concern for me. She was quick and attentive. My short visit for something bad was remarkably pleasant. It is nice to come to the hospital during a difficult and painful time and feel like your nurse and doctor are heartfelt. She showed me respect and honesty by being herself. There was nothing fake about the care while taking care of me. I believe that makes her an extraordinary nurse.
