I have had the pleasure of working with Janie and she is by far one of the best team players. She is always looking for something to keep her busy and I can always count on her to back me up when I need help. She has dedicated herself to this hospital, and is a wonderful, knowledgeable, caring LPN. Please honor Janie and recognize her for the wonderful LPN she truly is.
This is a caring, professional LPN who cares a great deal about whatever they do. You're the most important person in the room when she is caring for you. She helps make difficult times much easier and gives out large doses of "peace of mind".

Janie is a fantastic nurse. Always hard working, always going above and beyond to help others, whether it is patients or coworkers. She has a kind heart, a sweet and thoughtful spirit, and truly lives the Adventist mission of sharing God's love. Janie is more than deserving of the Daisy Award.
Janie has consistently demonstrated her ability to perform well above the level of her license. She is an excellent team player, looks out for the well-being of her patients and fellow coworkers. She is often coming in and working when she is not scheduled and can be counted on to cover the shifts she is scheduled to work. I have yet to see this Janie have a bad day and she always demonstrates a professional demeanor. When she is asked to transition to other departments she does so very graciously. I believe that Janie exemplifies an extraordinary nurse.
Always gets blood on the 1st poke, is always friendly, and has things right.
Janie is a devoted team player who is a joy to work with. She is someone who just gets in and does whatever needs doing. She is the one you want to work with-especially on the busiest of days! She has good attention to detail, while showing great compassion and caring to her patients and the patients family members. She has an innate ability to provide holistic care to her patients by not only providing excellent nursing care, but also paying careful attention to their emotional and psychological needs. Her depth of experience and knowledge, and her professionalism are an inspiration to those of us who have the privilege of working with Janie.
This is one of the most hardworking, dedicated and dependable nurses I have ever worked with. She is always looking for ways to make the experience better for the patients. She makes sure to greet them by name and show respect in all interactions. Because of her many years of experience, she is very knowledgeable and seeks out classes to teach the patients; and coworkers benefit from lessons that are learned. She is very loyal and a good team player. She doesn't want to be told what to do; rather she looks for things to do and does them cheerfully. She is always the first person to show up for work and meetings. Janie obviously loves being a nurse and every person cared for by her is blessed. This is the perfect example of a daisy nurse.
Janie is devoted to her work that she willingly and cheerfully transitions from department to department and continues to demonstrate compassionate care for her patients.
Janie is always up for a challenge and will try new things, learn new skills, and volunteer for jobs no one else wants to do. AND - she does it with a cheerful attitude.
