Janine Buggle, RN was at a function for her children in Pennsylvania when she helped deliver a 24-week premature infant in the lobby of the hotel where she was staying. The baby is growing and thriving in the NICU in Philadelphia and alive because of Janine's swift action and extraordinary skills; the mother even named the baby after Janine!
