Janine always has a ready smile and will take on whatever is thrown her way. She is always ready to help staff no matter how busy the unit is. She is ready to help, knows what to do and has great rapport with our physicians and other providers. Patients and family often recognize her when we do patient rounding as well as staff rounding. She has strong critical skills in an emergency and a quiet, compassionate way of defusing difficult situations when needed.
