Janine assisted me and my husband in the most compassionate way ever. She noticed I was having a breakdown in the suite because I had learned my diagnosis and possible treatment had changed what I thought was the worst. She asked if she could enter and came to me and gave me and my husband a big hug. She let me hold on to her while I let my frustrations out. As my sons worsened and I started to hyperventilate, she found us a private room so we could be more comfortable while she found a social worker for me to talk to. Once I did and composed myself, we were able to leave, but I did not get a chance to properly say thank you. She is the best, and I and so happy she is a part of your team and I get to see her when I am there. Please consider nominating her for this DAISY Award. Thank you.
