I was informed the medication I needed to take to keep my 2 new heart stents open would cost over $300 a month. Janine took the time to call the medication representative and get me help and free medication to take home until I could get home and get the information filled out. Janine did not have to do this; I'm sure she had her hands full with other patients but took the time to see that a special need was taken care of. Angel in scrubs!
