We learned so much from Janis about how to balance taking care of my brother's critical medical needs and caring for his emotional/mental needs in both the ICU and recovery phases. When faced with a crisis now we ask ourselves, 'What would Janis do?' She is a master of everything.
I was a crying, sleep deprived, pregnant mess. Janis was my savior. She made sure I ate and slept, hugged me and prayed with me. I am forever grateful for her and the work she does. I learned so much from this strong woman!
