Janis is one of our team leaders and she is looked up to and respected by coworkers and staff. She always works hard to make staff, doctors and families and patients happy. She is very dedicated and professional. During the ice/snow she spent the night and was here for several days to make sure our patients were taken care of. She is an excellent role model. Always willing to help others and teach new staff with a positive attitude. Great nurse with wonderful bedside and excellent and skills. Always remains calm in difficult situations with patients and families. Awesome leader!
