Janith cares for her patients as if they were family. She takes time to get to know her patients as individuals. Janith realized that her patient was very concerned that his wedding anniversary was approaching and he would still be in the hospital. Janith voiced this concern to his family so they were able to have flowers delivered to his wife.

There is one story every single day; she goes above and beyond anything ever expected of a nurse. She's the reason I can go home and take care of my small child and not worry. I feel my husband is safe and with that I can sleep at night. She takes care of my family not just my husband. She's observant and watchful of everything involved. She listens to me. Although I'm not in the medical field, I know my husband, and she always takes that into account. She treats us like her own.
