Janna is all around an amazing RN team member. She firmly believes in teamwork and helping everyone. I am someone who works very closely with Janna. She always makes herself available to help RN's, Techs (PCT's) and most importantly the patients. Not just her patients, all patients no matter what the need is.
Janna takes the time to teach her other coworkers and support them through their struggles. I remember seeing Janna sitting in a supply room with another nurse that was having a complete anxiety breakdown and talking her out of it and showing her loving caring aspect. Janna is a true DAISY and she is the true meaning of teamwork, sunshine, and happiness.
