Janna is sweet, is always laughing and talking with us. She took great care of us and she came as soon as we needed her. She never made anyone wait. She was absolutely the best nurse ever!

The patient was not speaking and I heard Janna say she began speaking when she was caring for her. I do attribute that to the relationship that Janna built with the patient and her family.
