Janna helped me so much by giving me an ID so I can continue my path to recovery. If I didn't have her to advocate for me, I'd be in the same place. ID's are needed for my OB care and my methadone clinic. Janna walked me down. She talked and listened to me. She supported me and applauded my choice to come here. Not often do I feel care for and supported. She asked me about my pregnancy and my baby. I could tell that she really cared about me.
When I got back to the unit, she came by each day with a smile to check on me. I do not know how many women she has helped like me feel supported and get an ID that really makes a difference.
At least 5 other women on the unit said that she has done the same for them, too. What a great place to come that has a manager like Janna who cares so much about if we succeed or not - and that we are seen and cared for. All my thanks.
