Jannae was taking on a role that is not her norm. We called her during a time of need due to a patient passing and nursing staff was occupied with patient morning care. She was given tasks that needed to be done and without hesitation, jumped right in, took charge, completed the tasks in a timely manner, and never complained. She was a great team player and helped our staff tremendously! Even though this is not her normal role, she stepped up and did an excellent job.
