Our patient and her daughter absolutely adored being cared for by Jannel in IPC. They said how excited they were that Jannel was working again today, and call her "Jan" and ask her to come in just to chit chat because they appreciate her care and company so much - kudos to Jannel for also taking the time to spend time with the patient that makes them feel welcome and enjoy their stay.
