Jannette is a compassionate and dedicated ICU nurse who provided care to my grandmother. As Grandmother's condition worsened, we made the difficult decision to remove life-sustaining support. Jannette was respectful, available, and supportive during this difficult time, helping us to understand the process. She invited the chaplain to speak with us and made sure we understood our options. Our grief no doubt interfered with her duties, yet she navigated around our large family without a complaint. Jannette is a saint who made a very difficult situation less stressful and traumatic, for which I will be forever grateful.
