Ms. B did not feel she could get thru the night because of the previous delirium tremors and pounding heart palpitations that she had gone through in December of last year. She asked for better medication and JanPaul called her doctor right away and was able to give her relief. After that she was calm and was finally able to fall asleep toward the morning hours.
JanPaul was a good listener and helpful.
