There are too many heartfelt stories to share about how she goes above and beyond for her patients and to only share one wouldn't do her justice. She is an exemplary nurse and a valued staff member. She takes the time to get to know her patients. She gives them her undivided attention, communicates effectively, especially to the patients and families during an unsettling time, keeps her patients company when there's no family or friends able to visit them, and goes the extra mile to keep them comfortable. She takes nursing care to another level by not only upholding excellent critical thinking skills but also by showing her compassionate demeanor and who she is as a person, which makes her special. I'm so lucky and fortunate to work beside such an amazing nurse!
