Jantzen was very communicative and always let me know what he was doing and brought me so much comfort knowing what was going on with my healthcare. He was the nurse who would come in and make sure my IVs were properly installed and added a new port with ease and expertise. He was always demonstrating compassion which showed me he cared about my safety and wellness. It left me feeling secure and confident that he would take care of my medical needs.
