We had a wonderful experience with Jackie. She was very efficient and very attentive to my mother's needs; even anticipating what she would need and calling the appropriate persons as needed. She was mindful to clean up the work areas in the room and make it feel comfortable. She also spent a lot of time educating us on neutropenia, thoroughly explaining it in a way that helped us gain awareness of things we should and should not do for my mother. She even helped us come up with ideas for my mother's care at home. She shows sincere concern for the patient, and made us feel safe and comforted, and that we could trust her.
