Jared went out of his way to make sure my uncle was checked into the floor by carefully ascertaining all his information. He listened carefully and spoke up for his patient with hearing loss. He helped my uncle shower to save his embarrassment in having me help (I’m his niece). He had us only one day before we were moved down to the first floor, but he made such an impression on me and my uncle through his compassionate care and genuine concern. I sincerely appreciate all of your help with my uncle.
