Jared provided top-notch care and showed great care and compassion right after my unexpected heart attack. It was very evident that this was not just a job for him. He truly cared enough to make sure not only were my basic needs met. He went above and beyond to calm my fears and concerns of the great unknown.

Very rarely do you find a person as compassionate and willing to go the extra mile as Jared did. One major incident was when a balloon pump was removed from my groin area. The removal by the doctor unexpectedly resulted in severe bleeding and tremendous pain from the process of trying to stop the bleeding.

Jared not only jumped in to do his part in applying direct pressure, but the whole time talked to me in a calm and caring manner that really allowed me to feel less anxiety and a real realization that things were not as bad as they seemed at the time. He had such a calm demeanor, and it was apparent that his focus was not just on stopping the bleeding but also on making sure I was aware of everything that was happening during this traumatic event. More importantly, that everything was not as bad as my mind made it out to be.

I cannot say enough good things about Jared and the excellent care he provided me during my heart attack. I will forever be grateful to have crossed paths with him. He is a rockstar in the healthcare world as far as I am concerned.
