I had to go to MountainView's Emergency room with an elevated heart rate and blood pressure. I was very nervous about my condition due to me only being in my late 30s. Jared was the nurse who took care of me once they moved me to a room from triage. He provided a very comforting presence. He explained everything he was doing before he did it in a way that was easy to understand. Jared went above and beyond to make the visit as comfortable as possible. The person who brought me to the Emergency room has a bad back and Jared was kind enough to offer to bring in a recliner so that my ride would be comfortable as well. He checked on me regularly and relayed any questions I had to the doctor in a timely manner.
