I had an uncomfortable experience and told my nurse who in turn said to tell Jarett. Without getting into details, he took care of the matter quietly and professionally. Also, I was having difficulty falling asleep and he sent me eye/night shades very thoughtful.

I found his attention to my personal comfort and hospital experience to be heartening. Certainly not what I was expecting. Truly above and beyond.
