My parents were in a car accident. My parents were sharing a room. Jarrett was my father's nurse. My father became frustrated, upset, and irate to the point that he tried to leave AMA. Jarrett was so understanding, kind, professional, empathetic, and calming towards my father. He went out of his way to make my father feel comfortable and cared for. He made it a point to return to my father's room to visit him even when he was not assigned to my father's room. He stayed with my father when no one was visiting, and my father was very grateful to him for that. Our family cannot thank him and all the nurses for the unwavering support, care, understanding, and friendship they showed our father, especially on his worst days
