Jarvis Primm, RN

First, it’s difficult to pick someone from such a large group of caring and compassionate nurses. To me, Jarvis Primm stood out. I had a pacemaker, 3 stents and a complication from my surgery. Jarvis became my super caregiver and superhero. I have over 50 years of retail management experience, most of it at a corporate level. Every organization has a mission of giving their targeted customer the highest level of customer service possible. The larger the organization, the more difficult it is to deliver all the standards outlined in the mission statement. If I was the CEO of CRH, I would want someone like Jarvis to be an example of what those standards are.

I’m not sure what level of services you wish to provide your patients, but I think it would be similar to most high quality retail operations who incorporate the highest standards of: respectful treatment of all employees and customers, pleasant attitude always, caring demeanor always, exceptional ability to deliver expectations of the customer, and high efficiency of work flow for employer and customers. Jarvis carries out all of the above while making his work look like poetry in motion. The way he treated me was NOT like a customer, but more like a family member.
