Jasmine is a team player and willing to help out in any situation. Day in and day out, Jasmine is willing to go the extra mile for patients and doctors.
A patient needed a new start for insulin. This patient was seen late in the day, yet Jasmine did the entire diabetic teaching plus the teaching for the insulin, saving the patient from having to return another day.
A patient arrived at EMO without an appointment with severe abdominal pain. Jasmine went above and beyond to expedite care, from quickly placing him in a room and letting the PCP know that they had a potential emergency on their hands, to administering pain medications and placing IV lines without delay. Her calm demeanor was helpful to the provider, the patient, and his wife, and within a short time, his pain improved greatly. Afterward, the provider remarked on how smoothly the encounter went, that the patient would not have received better care in the ER or the ICU.
Jasmine is always willing to help out. She is always available when asked for. She is recognized by providers for her skills and knowledge, teamwork, and strong work ethic.
