My daughter has been in the NICU for 4 months now. We have our bad days and good days. A lot of sleepless nights and stressful days. Even though we know our daughter has 24/7 care, we still can’t relax: thinking about our baby’s situation. After months passed, we were transferred to the blue pod, where we met Jasmin. At first, we had only seen her in the pod taking care of other babies. We could already tell how much she cares for these babies and how hard she works. Then one day she had a chance to take care of my baby. I’ve now witnessed what a good nurse she is with my own baby. She treats my baby like her own granddaughter. She is always making sure my baby is doing great. Even when she is not working with her, she personally gives us a call to make sure we are doing ok. Whenever we know that Nurse Jasmin is taking care of our baby, my husband and I have peace of mind and sleep better at night. Jasmin is so hard-working, and a great example to her colleagues. My baby is so comfortable with Jasmin, she even gave her a beautiful smile; her way of saying ‘thank you for taking such good care of me.’ Thank you, adopted Grandmother Jasmin, for treating us like your own family, and for all the laughter!
