I had never been to the new Shenandoah Hospital Emergency Department before. Jasmin was so nice. She made me feel comfortable and not embarrassed. I listened to her every answer to every question I asked her. She made me feel if I ever needed medical attention to come back to this facility. I feel Jasmin went above and beyond the skill of duty to reassure me. I was not the only person to ever have this medical issue. My tears went away and I felt very confident I had the best of attending care from this nurse. Thank you for your concern, care, listening, skills, and smile. I would recommend this hospital and especially this nurse.
