This was the 3rd time trying to get a kidney stone removed. I had the procedure, and unfortunately, I had issues again trying to urinate. The last time this happened I went home with the catheter – not something I wanted to do again. Jasmine really took the time to help me. Supplying hot tea, walking with me several times, using running water, using a hot pad. She did everything to get me to urinate…it took some time but finally, I was able to go on my own. She was only 24 years old, but really went the extra mile for me and really kept me calm, and out of pain, made sure I wasn’t embarrassed, and used all the tricks in the book to help me urinate. She is a keeper for sure, don’t let her go.
