Jasmine delivered superior care along with frequent rounding and a compassionate approach to the patients she treated. She frequently rounded on me after knowing about the allergic reaction I had two days ago in the ER from an antibiotic, and although there was no risk for another episode, she knew it was impacting my fear and emotions as that had never happened before.

After she had completed her med pass, she came back to my room to sit and talk and help me process that traumatic experience and help ease my anxiety. I have been admitted to hospitals a few times in the past, and none of those experiences can compare to the level of care I received from her. She used her knowledge and expertise to educate me about my care, the antibiotics being used, what the realistic expectations are regarding recovery, and if there were a question she couldn't answer, she would reach out to the team to find the answer for me. JCMC should be proud to have Jasmine as a member of their team!
