She had a level of confidence, energy, and positivity that stood her out from the rest of the wonderful staff we experienced.
My husband and I spent 19 days in the NICU with our twins who were born at 33 weeks. We had been struggling to get pregnant, and the fact we were spending time with our IVF miracles in the NICU was a bit scary at first. Until we met Nurse Jasmine. She is beyond the word EXTRAORDINARY. She introduced herself and advised she would be the night shift nurse. She had a level of confidence, energy, and positivity that stood her out from the rest of the wonderful staff we experienced. She allowed us to grow in confidence with diaper changing and thermometer readings and learned the signs of the Brady/ de sat signs that our twins were struggling with. Not only did she have patience with us, but she spoke to our twins as individuals and not as twins. We felt confident leaving the NICU every night, knowing our twins were in good hands. She did her job with such professionalism but never made us feel less than when we asked the first-time parents questions. She left an everlasting impression with the genuine love she provided in her care and also when we were around. Ultimately, she stood out with her natural traits. We appreciated all the nurses but feel this nurse stood out.
